3. Payment and Refund Policy

   a. Payment: Clients are responsible for payment of coaching and consulting services as agreed upon.

   b. Non-refundable: Coaching and consulting services are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

   a. All materials and content provided during coaching and consulting sessions are the intellectual property of Internally Guided Leadership Consulting LLC and owner Kayla M. Sweet.

5. Confidentiality

   a. Client information and discussions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

   a. Internally Guided Leadership Consulting LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Success is based on the client's dedication, effort, and circumstances.

   a. Either party may terminate the coaching and consulting relationship at any time.
